The Circle of Life – This exercise will help you discover which facet of life you are missing the most. Move the red beads along the line until your assessment reflects your current satisfaction within that facet of life. Leaving the bead at "0" indicates dissatisfaction, while a "10" indicates ultimate happiness.
When all 12 facets are complete, press the SUBMIT button on the bottom of the page. For facets of your life you are less than satisfied with, click on the facet to find classes in your community to "lift" you in this area. Print and compare over time and observe how areas of your life improve once you focus your energy on them. Greater happiness and health is yours when all aspects of life are in balance.
