Some guidelines

  • You should read some of our works before choosing a topic to write about. This way you will understand what kind of writing we expect
  • The topic of the article must be related to fitness or exercise and should not be more than 700 words long.
  • You should check for plagiarism and grammatical errors in the article.
  • The content must be original and not published anywhere else.
  • You should include images with your article.
  • You must write a short biography about yourself and add a link to your website.

You should know that we have the right to accept or reject your article if we feel so. If an article needs too many edits, then we usually reject the article. If the article is accepted, we will notify you by email. If you are interested, please send your write-up to us, and we will review your writing and let you know about our decision.
